"In a guest lecture at the University of Texas School of Law on Wednesday March 8th, FBI Supervisory Senior Resident Agent G. Charles Rasner listed Indymedia, Food Not Bombs, and the Communist Party of Texas as 'Terrorist Watch' cause groups in Austin." You can read more here .
Read the writing on the wall, people: Fascist police state. The police become more and more like military and they're filming protesters legally exercising 1st amendment rights to compile data and illegally arrest and detain them. ”Free Speech Zones" are set up so that people who want to express political dissent are caged in an area quarantined by militarized police. What makes it even more frightening is that no one is pointing it out to you. You have to go and see for your self, or dig through the Internet. Corporate-owned papers never bother to cover it unless it is to paint dissenters with ridicule, because protesters and dissenters represent views that threaten them, because those views threaten a State that more and more becomes a merging of Government and Corporation - this merged State *is* Fascism.
We have swung far, far to the right. Just read Eisenhower's speech, posted here, and remember that he was a Republican.
Oh, yes, you'll call me extreme now, just like everyone thought that comparing an Iraq war to Vietnam-like quagmire was crazy, and just like everyone who said that there were no WMD's were called traitors and anti-war protesters terrorists. But when the denial ends, you'll see it. The only problem is that by then it will be too late.
