I called TC, because my diploma was never mailed. Of course, the turn it around on me and say "well, we never got your paparework." Naturally, they never got the approriate paperwork becausew they never sent it to me to fill out in the first place. So I ask for the fax number so I can fax the necessary request. I type up a request, print it out, spend an hour trying to get it faxed, and following all natural laws of TC ability, the fax machine on thheir end never picked up. My God.
